Repair of defective product

Before you start, you must make sure that you have the following:
- An email address to be used for confirmation and status change notification.
- A mobile phone number for which you can be contacted for transportation and repair shop questions.
- A printer for printing the delivery note which must accompany your product for identification.
- For warranty tickets, you must attach a copy of your proof of purchase.
