Create account
If you are a dealer representing a retail store, you can create your own account below. Once the registration is complete, you will get a username and password right away, enabling you to create tickets right away.
You must be aware that you do not by default have an account with a credit limit at the repair shops. When you create tickets that are covered by warranty, it does not matter, if you have an account or not, because all expenses are paid by the manufacturer. If you request a quote for repair and choose to accept it, you will by default get your product back by COD (cash on delivery).
An account is a relationship between you and each repair shop and as an account normally comes with a credit limit, the repair shop will perform a credit assessment. If you wish to get a credit limit with a repair shop, you do not have to get it up front. If you contact the repair shop to get an account, they will require you to at minimum state company type, registration number and bank name and account number.
You must also be aware that customers can self-service, if you want them to. Individuals can press the "Individual" button on the front page and create tickets under warranty and quotations.

* When a quotation is sent to you or a new message is available from the repair shop, you can see a highlighted notification on the top of the screen. If you log on frequently, there is no reason to receive the email notifications. If you create very few tickets on the other hand, the notification is a good idea. You can always change your settings under "My Account" in the menu, once logged on.
